SPINEFITTER by SISSEL® System
The SPINEFITTER by SISSEL® helps to loosen muscular tension, effectively supports the mobilisation of the joints and the strengthening of the deep muscles. The paired ball structure enables the spinous processes to sink in, which, even in a simple supine position, achieves a positive effect on the muscular tissue adjacent to the spinal column. The small vertebral joints can be opened and, thus, one’s mobility can be improved.
The SPINEFITTER by SISSEL® System was developed by an interdisciplinary team of physiotherapists, Osteopaths, and Pilates trainers. The modular design of the System makes it easy to attach various add-ons, such as the SPINEFITTER by SISSEL® Trigger Tool, the SPINFITTER by SISSEL® Linum & Linum Pro, and the SPINEFITTER by SISSEL® Extension Kit.
Additional exercise routines, guided by physiotherapists, are provided online free of charge. These put special emphasis on the areas of back, shoulder and neck, lower back, knee, SI joint etc., which are particularly strained through a challenging everyday life. The SPINEFITTER by SISSEL® as well as the Linum, Linum Pro, Mini, Extension Kit, and Trigger Tool are medical devices and fulfil the regulatory requirements of Regulation (EU) 2017/745.

SISSEL® OCTOCORE
The SISSEL® OCTOCORE is a holistic, versatile training device.
It is a tear-resistant, elastic 3D band in an X-shape that allows you to effectively address individual weak points in the musculature, train multidimensionally and stretch contracted structures by involving all 4 extremities.
The guided, supported movement sequences restore the natural interplay between fascia, muscles, tendons, and ligaments. The SISSEL® OCTOCORE can effectively treat postural dysfunctions and evasive movements. Healthy, supple movement sequences, stability and flexibility in the entire musculoskeletal system and all levels of movement are encouraged and promoted.

The SISSEL® Myofascia Roller is designed for the targeted release and relaxation of muscles and fascial soft tissue. It helps improve muscle function, boost regeneration, and increase flexibility, making it ideal for preventing muscle soreness. This versatile training device is designed with specially shaped knobs in two different thicknesses on the standing surface, enhancing the body's perceptive ability. Ideal for foot massage exercises, such as relieving varicose veins, it’s also suitable for pelvic floor training. Additionally, it can be used as an active, dynamic sitting aid. The needle valve allows for individual pressure regulation, which enables customisation to individual requirements.
