We are a full-service provider in queue and customer journey management.​ Decades of experience in optimizing customer and patient flows in the public sector, healthcare and retail sectors are our expertise.​ Our solutions are constantly being developed in an agile manner based on the requirements of our customers and can easily be integrated into diverse environments. Today, we count many internationally well-known customers among ours. E.g. Volkswagen, City of Cologne, Airbus, CHEM Luxenburg, Deutsche Bahn and University hospital Freiburg. Important milestones:
