Pneumatic tube systems transport blood samples, blood bags, medications, medical devices etc. from any department in a hospital to another.The tube diameters of our logistic systems range from 110mm to 315mm. Materials weighing nearly 28 kg can be transported at speeds of 8 meters per second.
The distances between stations are not limited. The number of stations in a hospital is also not limited.
Stations can be connected by a horizontal run or mounted vertically. Tubing can be installed overhead, or underground. As tubing can be installed outdoors, Aerocom pneumatic tube systems can even link multiple buildings.
